Nick Cannon began celibacy journey amid Bre Tiesi’s pregnancy

Nick Cannon, who announced last year that he was 'taking a break' from having kids after fathering 3 children in June, revealed on his talk show Monday that he decided to abstain from having sex after he found out about Bre's pregnancy.

'My therapist was one of the [people] who said that I should probably be celibate because I had shared that news, that Bre was pregnant,'

'That was the reason why I started my celibacy journey back then. I was [celibate] because I was dealing with [this].'

He added: 'I felt like my life was out of control. And honestly, the celibacy did help me through the journey of getting one with myself and dealing with this.'

He’s not ruling out expanding his family even further in the future.
'I just want to have as many children as I can … provide for and be a good father too,' Cannon said. 'I want to be the best father that I could possibly be, but I'm not counting out ever having more children.'

Well.. he didn't necessarily need a celibacy journey, he could've had a condom journey or vasectomy journey

How can you be the best father ever when you have to divide your time between 8 children, all from different mothers? Which one will he spend Christmas, Easter, thanksgiving, etc with?

Whatever he's going through, I hope he's healed. No one in their right mind does what he's doing, and unless he decides to retire I don't see how it is physically possible for him to be a great and around-the-clock father to all these children.
