Kris Jenner and bodyguard to work out sexual assault lawsuit privately

Kris Jenner and accuser Marc McWilliams have agreed to take his case against her into private arbitration.

The bodyguard who worked for Kardashian-Jenner clan from 2017-2019, has accused the matriarch of sexual harassment as well as sexual assault and battery.

During a court hearing in LA last week, Judge Armen Tamzarian gave both parties 12 months to find an arbitrator and come up with an agreement.

McWilliams, first sued Jenner in 2020 for $3M claiming she grabbed his butt, exposed herself to him, and had him fired when he rebuffed her advances.
Among her 'inappropriate' and 'sexually suggestive' behavior, he listed:

•'Massaging (his) neck, shoulders, arms and back without his consent;
•'Causing her hand to rest on (his) thigh and groin;
•'Causing her pelvis to rub against (his)back ad/or rear end without his consent or approval;
•'Causing her hands to come into contact with (his) rear end without his consent nor approval;
•'Exposing portions of her body to (him) in a lewd or suggestive manner'.

McWilliams also alleged racial discrimination.

He then added another stunning accusation to his legal action last year, claiming Jenner sexually assaulted him while they were out in her luxury Bentley in 2017.
