Honestly, I don't really mind how fair these ceremonies are, I'm just here for the looks and overall entertainment. If they were actually fair, they should have to award movies nobody saw and people nobody knows, so you'd still call them boring.

Small arthouse films are never boring though, and in fact have so much more intensity and transgressiveness because of the creative freedom
