Out on April 8th, Father John Misty will release his new album «Chloë and the Next 20th Century».

According to his website, a limited edition deluxe 2xLP box set contains two bonus 7” singles featuring covers performed by Lana Del Rey (“Buddy’s Rendezvous”) and Jack Cruz (“Kiss Me (I Loved You)”).

I would have preferred a collab, but I’ll take this.

Same, I'm confused cause according to insiders we were getting a collab this February :selena: maybe it wasn't announced yet, or it's for her album instead, who knows.

I love the thread title is about Lana's cover that is a bonus vinyl in the $80 deluxe box set when the actual story is Father John Misty is dropping a new album 😂

I can’t wait for the album. I hope it’s more I Love You, Honeybear and less Pure Comedy.

I love Father John Misty. God's Favorite Customer was a great album.

His lead single "Funny Girl" is very good too.

For a second I feared she had announced yet another album that would not materialise until in a year or so :deadbanana:
