the fact posting achievements by latin acts (that often overshadow anglophone ones) makes me wanna thread these kind of things even more  But yeah, hardly a drag for someone who spends (part of) their free time on a pop music forum to boast about not knowing anything about the most streamed (western) artist in the last 2 years.

people here in latin america have him on bucle in every single party and in every domestic and public corner, it's really annoying the culture here once a reggaeton singer or song blows up it's unstoppable and had them on replay until everyone it's sick of it, i'm latin american i recognize his voice, but honestly just other than yo perreo sola, i woundn't be able to say another song by him, and that just because it went viral and had a lot o memes and people talkin about it.
