Tardigrades: first organism able to quantum entangle, acording to new study

Tardigrades — those microscopic, plump-bodied critters lovingly known as "moss piglets" — have been put through the ringer for science. The amazingly durable creatures have been shot out of guns, bathed in boiling-hot water, exposed to intense ultraviolet radiation and even (accidentally) crash-landed on the moon, all to test the limits of their impressive "tun" state — a survival mechanism wherein tardigrades curl up into shrunken, dehydrated balls and suspend their biological functions indefinitely in order to endure extreme environmental conditions.

 Now, researchers have exposed tardigrades to the coldest temperatures and highest pressures that moss piglets have ever survived — not just to test the critters' biological limits, but also to see whether a frozen tardigrade could be incorporated into two quantum entangled electric circuits, then later revived to its normal active state.

 This experiment may represent the first time a living animal has been quantum entangled — a bizarre phenomenon typically confined to the smallest subatomic particles.

The phenomenon of quantum entanglement is so strange that even Albert Einstein had his doubts about it, famously nicknaming the process "spooky action at a distance."

Essentially, the effect occurs when two teeny, tiny subatomic particles become bound to one another so that a change to one particle's spin or momentum instantaneously changes the other particle in the same way — even when the two particles are separated by incredibly large distances.

I think it’s that every particle is supposed to serve a different vibe, but Quantum Entanglement is a spooky event that makes two particles behave exactly the same… even if they’re far apart. Like a puppeteer controlling them. 
 

Idk if this article means two tardigrades can suddenly sync their dancing like they’re Gaga’s background dancers but it sounds cool

It resists the unexpected for any living creature in our world. Now even things Einstein called for  "spooky".

They keep on trying to kill it but it survives.

Probably is gonna make us learn how to do incredible things in the future when we will be dead.

I'm talking sci-fi stuff like teleportation. Maybe even make a human/tardigrade-based race that can survive in other worlds. Hopefully before we destroy our own world  I even think it will learn us how to make spaceships travel safe. Even our houses in other galaxies.

This didnt explain at all in what way they are entangled. In what way are they joined over distances? It cant be the same way as a particle?

Quite a few physicists are saying it's not true entanglement too
