Usually such accusations haven no merit, but this is such a blatant copy. It's unbelievable they thought they could get away with this.

he probably thinks that he can do whatever he wants. he also used George Michael 'Careless Whisper' on Enchanted Waterfall and Philip Bailey, Phil Collins 'Easy Lover' on Last Kiss Of Nebulon

This situation just tells me if Madonna and her team truly thought BORN THIS WAY was *that* similar to Express Yourself then she would've taken actual legal action. She saw everyone noticing the similarities and ran with it for press. 

 

When it comes to Tory's song, it really does sound super similar to Into The Groove. More of a copy and less of an inspiration situation.
