komronjoel 1,549 Posted December 23, 2021 Share Posted December 23, 2021 I purchased the chromatica remix CD so long ago, got an email saying it had shipped in late November, about 1 week later I got an email with tracking information with a local courier company, It slipped my mind as it’s a busy time of year but about a week ago I was like hold on, it never arrived.. so I checked tracking and it has been delivered to SYDNEY instead of MELBOURNE. How does this even happen!! I’ve contacted support, my address on my order clearly states My correct address. I’m just so disappointed. Has anyone else had problems with her store like this? I have the DoC remix album on preorder to ship with the vinyl and a shirt and now I’m scared to see what’s going to happen with it. dopega 3,733 Posted December 23, 2021 Share Posted December 23, 2021 They've cancelled all my orders in the past two years and even tho I always got a refund I'm never ordering anything from her store ever again I guess I'll just support my local record store from now on as they always manage to get all of her physical releases and still even have the Chromatica RSD vinyl in stock somehow. Lately I've been ordering the stuff like CDs and vinyls from Amazon, it's faster and cheaper and they always get the address right. They didn't write my address on the parcel even though I submitted it on the website. They only wrote my country's name and city. So I am letting that slide. My experience with their costumer service have been very nice. They are prompt and helpful. I mostly purchase non music merchandise items there, unless the CD or vinyl was only sold at the webstore.
