Kim K is the new Beyoncé

I just saw this thread about Kim K serving Beyoncé, and that made me reflect on how both women have so many things in common. And well, Kim is really becoming the new Beyoncé.

First of all, both are cultural impactful women on their own lanes. Beyoncé, on one side, cemented herself as an excellent performer and a larger than life phenomenon. Kim, for her part, has worked non stop to become a massive bussinesswoman and a celebrity icon. 

The two of them have created a legacy around their families, and their dynasties really have given us some of the most impactful moments in the last 2 decades. 

And also, they have an impact on politics and the legal system. Beyoncé has endorsed the democratic party several times and has been fighting for justice. And Kim, well, she's close to become a successful lawyer and possibly the first woman POTUS.

They are obviously both women which made impact on society, but I don’t feel like they can be compared (or should) and also, how is Kim going to be POTUS?

I don't even care for Beyonce like that, but she is a certified entertainer that serves top notch vocals, choreography, performances and visuals. Besides that, Beyonce is loved and admired in the Black community for numerous reasons that are pretty self explanatory.

Barely anything decent can be said about Kim, and from me it's for the simple fact that I don't believe there is a genuine and authentic bone in her body (and I ain't talking surgery). Kim is a social climber that is a product of a vapid society, and everything she does is calculated and image-based - from her staged pap-shots imitating princess Di to imitating one of the best performers today (as well as trolling, let's be real). Kim's entire empire is built off of the insecurities of her following that are saturated by the unrealistic beauty standards that she and her family carelessly promote consistently. Her entire energy and aura is abysmal.

There are millions of people around the globe (if not billions) that can do the little Kim did 'politically' and more if they were given the opportunity. While I won't look down on the spec of good she's done in that field, she gets nothing from me considering what she in essence is all about.

I genuinely wish people were more insightful and selective when it came to who they uplifted or praised. The careless digestion of entertainment and media is how people like her have access to major platforms and end up being the 'lesser of two evils' and eventually perceived as 'decent'.
