This movie is a very recent norwegian (!) film remake of the czech-german movie classic (1973).

I've watched it today on Amazon Prime Video and was very pleasantly surprised to see a gay couple kissing tbh.

I'm waiting for y'all to become the first ex commie country to legalize gay marriage. I remember it was supposed to be voted on by the Parliament or something but it has been kind of put on hiatus for a few years or something. Do you have any newer info?

It’s on hold indefinetly, due last prime minster and government's lack of willingness and then the new government, that has been voted recently, has new PM saying stuff like “No one can’t make him see same-sex couples creating the same marriage and family as equal to the traditional one”.

So I guess that’s a bye for marriage equality here for some time.
