He just was the winning bidder on my set which included Observer & Fabulous. Yet he deemed it appropriate to try and cancel the bid and just buy fabulous for half the price of the bid OUT of ebay (which would be $45 - the bid was won for $81). He then proceeded after the fact of me denying him this to say he is shocked I didn't offer him a discount and then thought it necessary to say im unpleasent and a dick and that he may or MAY NOT pay... So I just thought you should steer clear of his immature antics and rule breaking and not trade/buy/sell to this member. My moto is, YOU BID, YOU PAY! The thing is if the person decides that they no longer want an item or dont have the funds to cover it they are totally entitled to cancel the bid, or out of decency so the seller gets some money, they can sort out an alternative offer, and yes requesting outside of ebay is against the rules, but since it isnt the same listing it isnt breaking the rules as it is one mag instead of 2. I don't have to come back Nobody wants you to leave, and NOBODY has the right to make you feel like you should because the case is if they do this knowingly it is them who should leave. Just pay him and if you don't have the money, ask your parents and sacrifice getting something else or pay them back? You're the one who bidded more money than you have which is really stupid to do. You can't call that sharing of information to save others when it's clearly just stupid fights and bashing other users. Keep that for yourselves guys, we're not here for this. Visionaire One day I will have an office, and in that office with be that 'magazine' on the wall for no aparant reason other then I'd have nowhere to place it in my house. There's a copy of Elle Romania on ebay right now. No what you did was bring a **private** matter into a public place for no reason, and tried to bring shade to another collector, and it isnt the first time, just stop now. I believe you're reaching o the discussion where people were getting on you for a listing price and I agreed you were extorting. So because I have a vocal opinion and a disinterest in having others deal with a negative buy sell or trade experience does not mean I felt abything but a duty as a fellow collector to support others from not getting in a possible bad place.
