Because it's a promotional ad for a MMORPG game called Final Fantasy 14 (FFXIV )

The latest expansion for the game is to be launched on Dec. 7 (early access on Dec.3 - which I have  ) and the story will take place on the moon 

 

P.S. I love her unique singing  style in this one. Hope she releases another pop album next year
