Do you really think the solo version was bigger in The US than the DaBaby version?

I think after the homophobic thing, they removed his credits, but obviously the version with him is the #1 song.

They removed the credit but couldn’t change the cover  look at the billboard website, they show Dababy in the photo next to the #1

it doesn't work like this, they can't remove an artist.
Radios removed DaBaby version and played Dua solo, she had a lot of airplay, solo version also replaced DaBaby version on playlists
 

Dua's solo version has majority of airplays so Billboard removed DaBaby on August 9 but he was still listed on Hot 100

and got removed from Billboard Hot 100 2 weeks later after Dua's solo version has majority of airplay+ sales+ streams.

Airplay alone can’t make a song #1 on the year end chart. Levitating solo doesn’t even come close to both the sales and streams of the Da Baby remix.
