Dayum. That's beyond a rave. And it's true. Every person I know wants to see Gucci. And it's because of Gaga. Not one is a stan and only a few are even what I'd call casual fans. She's just interesting. In a way no other pop star (except maybe Rihanna) - even more successful ones - seem to be.

This is her destiny, to receive applause... and she knows. She could become even bigger of a movie star than Cher and Barbra with all due respect, because aside that she's well grounded, smart and talented..she's backed by a wonderful team and manager, and a big fan base (that is still getting bigger, worldwide).

Gaga is never going to be able to tour like M due to her injury (That only became what it is because she didnt want to let us down.) That is beyond her control and dosent make her less of a performer. I'm so happy she  has become a real movie star, respected in the industry forever. Stans can be toxic af, they have way less influence now.

Madonna is being ripped a part left right and center by stans, let alone press. I would never wish that on Gaga.

Madonna has 27 movies—even more than Barbra Streisand and Cher. It seems like she was extremely interested in acting but sadly, no one cared.

Remember the golden rule that every artist shines in their own light, their own talents and colors. 

Madonna has her own legacy with such films as Evita, D*ck Tracy & Swept Away. She's not a bad actress. And her musical catalog from the late 1970s to the present day is formidable and epic, she inspired millions. She has her lane and her own unique light. 

Gaga has her own lane, her destiny as well, and neither one will ever be exactly the same or should be compared because each artist means something different to each generation. The striking and amazing thing about both women is both are trailblazing 3rd generation Italian Americans.

I love Madonna with all my heart and I actually think she’s severely underrated as an actress. I think with her, her huge public persona overwhelmed her performances and people were unable to see her disappear into her characters.  She always seemed to be playing a version of herself. Sometimes this worked amazingly well, like Desperately Seeking Susan, and sometimes the movie just wasn’t good, like Body of Evidence.  
 

i just don’t think it’s necessary to drag Gaga by saying “Gaga doesn’t have a catalog or touring and never will”. There’s no reason to look for a reason to pull Gaga down just to defend Madonna.  They’re both amazing in their own way. Plus, your drag on Gaga is simply not true. Gaga has already created an amazing catalog of albums and singles, with a wide spectrum from full on timeless pop classics, to acclaimed bestselling jazz classics. And her tours are already legendary. Monster Ball remains the highest grossing debut artist headlining arena tour of all time. 
 

Madonna has def achieved more than enough to certify her legend status. But there is no need to denigrate Gaga just because Gaga is killing it in movies too.
