As a Madge stan, this is a big yikes from me. Her wording/phrasing lately has been bizarrely off for someone of her intelligence. I hate to be one of those paranoid fans, but I hope she's well.

if I understood her correctly, the V magazine wasn't paying for their expenses so everyone worked for free.... but in this case, I don't see why she couldn't pay for the team herself.
