I started when I was around 8 (Anyone remember Blingee??? ), upgraded to a pirated version of Photoshop (That stopped me from being able to do SO MUCH), to now bein a Monthly cloud subscriber. I think the photo used made it look like a badly executed God is a Woman photoshoot. The text placement was just horrid Religion is a product to sell. Expand WHY HAVE I NEVER NOTICED THIS. I’ve had this as the album cover for almost a year now and have never once noticed that. I’m kind of embarrassed now Religion is a product to sell. Three fact that we can post male nipples, but not female nipples is insulting (also, we can have Gaga with middle fingers but not female nipples????) Religion is a product to sell. nightadieu 4,511 Posted November 8, 2021 Share Posted November 8, 2021 I love how you have shared your journey and some of these definitely use better images than the original covers As an art director in the industry I’d be cautious with any design that’s using current trends and/or too much layout work as they defeat the timelessness of a cover (looking at the ones with a lot of morphed or layered typography, framings etc). The Doja Cat one is a grail and while the Allie X and Blue Lips ones don’t tell as much of a story as their original cover, they both look visually more pleasing Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

My favorite might be Chloe’s Have Mercy. As a friend who really likes these and encourages you to include these in a portfolio at some point, I do want you to know it’s Azealia and not Azalea.
