Whew @Sunny21 coming in with the HOT tea 🫖

Some people coming in with nasty, selfish and immature comments but it’s not that surprising at this point. It really was a good thing Gaga put some distance between her and her fans.

But it’s nice to see that the majority of comments here have been emphatic and have more emotional intelligence than that of a petulant preteen.

People have a right to feel a type of way about what she said. Gaga really needs to reconsider what she’s doing because if she wants to create music she can’t perform, she should not release it. Imagine Gaga without any of the live performances. Is the music enough? Sure. But she wouldn’t be Gaga. To say that everything that goes with the album rollout like performances and videos are not owed to us is fine and fair, but the music is not solely what I became a fan of. Did you? She is a visual artist as much as a musician.

She is more than happy to accept our dollars on albums, tour tickets, and leverage her fandom to hawk makeup, champagne and Oreo cookies. So it is a two way street. I do respect how she feels but after the “pandemic” being the reason the album was DOA, she actually never wanted anything to do with it. Why bother then? It’s disappointing.

Also I cant help but get the feeling we are being "dumped" now that she is a successful actress, because that's all she really ever wanted and she used pop music to get there.

Is that irrational? Probably. Am I in my feelings? yes.

So let some of us be in our feelings.

If you're concerned about Gaga's mental health, it should extend to your fellow monster.

Where did I say that people couldn’t express how they feel? You can say whatever you want, that doesn’t mean you won’t get flak for it and rightfully so.

I’m not understanding why people keep thinking that she’s not going to perform Chromatica. She said that it’s hard for her sing songs from Chromatica, NOT that she won’t perform it. Joanne and ARTPOP were also made from pain but she still performed those and went on tour. The Chromatica Ball is still scheduled to go on for God’s sake.

What’s disappointing is people projecting their own negative feelings onto Gaga and having meltdowns over things she never said nor implied.

"It's very hard for me to sing those songs." I dunno, maybe try again since the only time she sang them was at the VMAs more than a year ago? So her saying that is like she just does not want anything to do with the music. And if so, fine.

But I find it very hard to believe that her trauma of wanting to kill herself daily and having the worst period in her life will be all wrapped up in a bow by 2022 so she can perform Chromatica Ball if she is still this upset about it.

So I think the Chromatica Ball should get cancelled. Why would we want Gaga to torture herself every single night on a demanding physical tour knowing her struggles with fibromyalgia and chronic pain as well as performing music that is triggering for her, the most triggering music she's ever made? Are y'all ok with that? Because that is what makes sense and I think she should do that for her own wellbeing.

This makes me so emotional since I feel like that that all day for a week now.

Maybe it’s also because we’re still in a pandemic and she’s being careful with her health until more people are vaccinated? Do you not understand that she’s at high risk because of her chronic illness? And if she wanted nothing to do with her music then why would she ok a remix album a few months ago?

Again she said it’s hard for her to sing the songs, not that she won’t perform them again. The album was an outlet for her pain and is the conduit she is using to raise more awareness for mental health awareness which is something she is constantly advocating for if you hadn’t noticed.

Where did I say that I want her to torture herself to perform onstage? If she wanted to hang up everything, quit pop music and have kids I would wholeheartedly support her. Is your entire argument based off of things you’ve made up in your head that don’t reflect reality? Unlike you I’m not jumping to conclusions and melting down over not knowing the full story. We don’t truly know what’s going on with her so stop acting like you’re there living with her in her mansion speaking to her directly.

The only person that needs to try again is you. Go outside and touch some grass because you obviously need to.

I am addressing your points. Here is a refresher since you can't keep up with what you're writing.

Now, onto your latest.

"Unlike you I’m not jumping to conclusions." You are jumping to the conclusion above. She never said nor implied that.

She doesn't sing the songs, period. So it does leave room to interpretation if what she's saying at face value is false.

"The Chromatica Ball is still scheduled to go on for God’s sake." If she is this ****ed up about Chromatica years after recording it, why in the **** would she go on tour next year to perform the songs every night?

You can try again with that tired ass recycled line you saw on ATRL.

Lock this thread at this point. This is embarrassing. I hope she sees this to understand how disgusting and pathetic her fanbase is. You have to project your unhappiness and craving that you can't fix yourself onto a woman who was broken over and over again. Someone journaling doesn't like to always read their journal. Gaga is trying to heal and the lot of you feel the need to make snide remarks because you have nothing better to do with your miserable lives. You just feel the need to tear someone down for how THEY feels, so i feel the need to give a dose of your own medicine. Disgusting behavior. Why does her team bother with this site, i don't know. Just imagine how her team feels, seeing this scheiße show. Get a hobby and break your vinyls for all I care. You must be miserable to live near.

Wrong. Not only have you not addressed my points you’re making up scenarios and arguments and arguing against them. That’s called using a straw man argument. Either you’re being dense or lying, either way it’s not a good look.

I’m using my brain and keeping in mind the conditions of her health. Of course she’s at high risk with her fibromyalgia it’s completely obvious…. That isn’t jumping to conclusions. She didn’t say anything about not wanting to perform Chromatica yet you went there anyway. You can’t call someone out for jumping to conclusions when you already did so yourself :toofunny:

There could be many different reasons as to why she hasn’t performed Chromatica since the VMA’s. But she did release the remix album a couple of months ago. If something is causing you so much trauma then you wouldn’t approve it being rereleased so that you didn’t have to relive it over and over again. So your theory is ringing hollow.

She would go on to perform the songs because again, it’s being used as a conduit for other people to confront their own mental health and any possible issues that they’re facing. Swine was about her being raped but she went on to go on tour and performed that song night after night after night. Why? So that other people like her could help process their emotional pain and trauma. This should be obvious to anyone that’s been paying attention to her many speeches on mental health but I guess some people are just slow and out of touch and would instead resort to making up fallacies in their head and stew in their own negativity.

Earlier you mentioned that you might be acting irrationally. You definitely are and now I can see with your cursing that you are getting unnecessarily worked up. I didn’t see that line off of ATRL but I guess once you resort to making things up about people, it can be hard for you to break that habit.

I'm locking this because it's turned into pages of arguments and the lack of empathy for Gaga is a bit shocking if I'm honest.

Listen to 1000 Doves because she's telling you how she feels and what she needs.
