is it normal that actors are so low on the list? 

I mean.. Saoirse Ronan- 5.9M £, that's not a lot right for someone who's been in the industry for over +/- 10 y?

It depends. She hasn't been part of a big franchise. Normally, actors got paid more the bigger the movie (especially for sequels). I believe Gal Gadot something like 300k for the first Wonder Woman and like... 8 million for 1984.
