I'm pretty sure they used some vocals from the studio version, tho  mostly on the choruses. I wonder if they thought Lana wouldn't hit those notes...

Pre-recorded live vocals, then edited into whatever we see here. I actually hate this tend that send to be popping up not for tv performances…..but oh well.
