Apple still doesn't seem to take notes- and this comes from a disappointed, iPhone 12 Pro Max user who still didn't manage to solve his problems with it... Because I’m pretty sure both are using different times. iPhones default is 2s, so if you set a longer exposure it would be more brighter.
