Either to extend the 'arrival' of fans to an earlier time, or enforce the rule completely IMO

She's toured worldwide and they know they cant keep her fans at bay forever, so I'm betting on them changing the 8 AM rule.

My bet is that they change the 8am rule to a 12pm rule and that they get the person who gets there first to go home to sleep/shower for a few hours or something, requiring them to like sign on at a certain time or they lose their spot. IDK.
