Sheridan 3
I don't really like Colby's part. I could do without it

Michael 533
It wouldn't have made a difference without them. Most people don't even remember that it featured them.
Hot Space 14
It wasn't Colby or Akon who made Gaga, it was Wale. Ya'll need to get your facts straight. :nails: Edited March 11, 2012 by Hot Space
LittleMonsterTal 0
I think it would have hardly affect her success considering people hardly remember them in it :coffee:
RedandBlue 287
I'd assume Colby's absence would have no effect on it's success. It already had another bridge (half-psychotic sick hypnotic) so it wouldn't sound too awkward without him either.
spookytanooki 299
To be completely honest, I prefer it without Colby, and a lot of people I know who aren't big fans of Gaga and have only heard the song on the radio aren't even aware that anyone is featured in the song. The radio edit with the extended outro is ****ing godly. *I base this information on absolutely nothing*
Dirty Pony 5
I think that she would have the same success actually.
RAMROD 104,488
Actually i used to think that Gaga exposed Colby to fame because of his featuring in this song, than the other way around tbh Since i have never heard of him until Just Dance. And doesn't Akon just did that little part of "KONVICT" lines and the "oh-oh-oh-ooh yeah!" part? I guess just little effect with Akon, he was lending his somewhat moderately famous name to her at the time. But with Colby, i don't think that takes effect at all. He can grab somebody else for all i care and the song will still be a hit tbh. The tunes already so cute and ear friendly without any collabo. Lion Heart 15,041
The song would have been much better without Colby's part :nacho: As far as success is concerned, I'm fairly certain the song was destined to be a hige hit anyway with or without O'Donnis. ▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀
Sean 2
when the song came out my friend asked me "did you hear that song by lady gaga, just dance?" no mention of colby or akon whatsoever. infact i think it would have done better without them s on it.
