What medical conditions do you have?

As for the physical part I have Hashimoto (which sucks), acid reflux, lordosis and scoliosis...

As for the mental side I may have a form of anxiety I guess. I've always struggled with my self-esteem and with social encounters. Maybe a mild form of depression, but I'm not sure about that one. I've had some episodes but maybe it's more of a melancholic state sometimes.

I had surgery to fix a deviated septum that was supposedly causing it and it worked for about 12 months before coming back :rip: Not mad though I got a cheap nose job out of it :ladyhaha:

So yeah I got a slightly stuffy nose that I barely even notice anymore and every month or so I get sick with sinusitis that I just put up with at this point because it's usually very mild anyway

Though now that I think about it I've never had a really bad bout of sinusitis since the surgery I don't think :oprah:

Oh really? So it is possible to have it fixed esthetically too? :oprah:

But it's good that it helped u :queenga:

I only have phases where my nose is blocked... when I was on holidays in Spain I didn't have it at all for 3 weeks... when I came back home it came back because of the ****ing pollen - then I start taking nasal spray, it dries out my nose and makes me addicted again - and voila here I am... :neyde:

Gorl, don’t even get me started. I can’t name off everything wrong with me. Just know that I’m on disability for a reason. :bradley:

Ok, I guess I’ll write a little bit about my problems since everyone else is being so open.

So, to begin I have mental health anxiety/depression issues. To be specific, I have; generalized anxiety disorder, chronic depression, OCD, depersonalization/derealization disorder, mild bipolar and also a small bit of schizophrenia I guess you can call it. I just have a very wild, vivid imagination.

I also have had open heart surgery when I was 4 months old called a coarctation of the aorta. It’s still pretty much closely monitored as some people have to get the surgery redone when they’re in their 40’s.

I have a “lazy thyroid” with a small nodule also in there.

I have extremely bad acid reflux.

I have high cholesterol.

I have type one diabetes that I take insulin for every time I eat as well as a special pill that helps the delivery of insulin because I’ve grown to resist it a bit.

Apparently I also have low testosterone levels but they’re not extremely bad so I don’t take anything for it.

I have constant low iron in my blood, anemia isn’t fun.

Oh and I also have bad allergies. Specifically to cats, grass, trees, dust, mold, etc AND I’m on the verge of high blood pressure.

That’s pretty much it. I take a lot of medications and my days consist of me in bed a lot because I get very tired easily and I sweat excessively for no reason at all even with the smallest amount of activity.

I guess you can say I’m “obese” too, but I’m not to the point where I need help walking or doing things like that for myself.

And ya. :vegas:

Yeah the septum surgery itself won't change anything but I had a 'septo-rhinoplasty' so it was all done in one go :whitney:

Do you feel him sir?

I just have some minor stuff going on, but it's quite a list :zilla:

I have hypothyroidism and I have had to take medication for it ever since I was 19.

I have a snapping hip (actually on both sides, but one side is a lot worse) which really affected me when I was about 25 - I thought I needed a hip replacement because it used to hurt so badly that I even passed out from the pain. Thankfully the pain went away, but the snapping and cracking is still there every day, every minute.

I have pain in my legs and lower back almost all the time - especially at night or when I sit or lay down. Mostly my legs are aching. I have no clue what it is - I've had it for 1,5-2 years - maybe even before and I noticed last year cuz it got so bad that I couldn't sleep. I got used to it now, but the strange thing is that it disappeared when I was on holidays and came back once I was home again. (I guess it could be from sitting on my chair working and stress)

I've got hay fever and there is something wrong with my nose cuz it's blocked most of the times, which is why I'm addicted to nasal spray. (Trying to get off of it currently) If I don't take nasal spray and my nose is blocked I tend to get a headache.

And last but not least I got some mental stuff goin' on which is the worst - I have anxiety and I think also a mood disorder/depression (not quite sure what exactly)

Your leg/back pain sounds like sciatica. I have issues with mine where the muscle almost at my waist gets inflamed and it can be super painful and uncomfortable.

Chronic migraines - meaning I have at least 15 migraines per month. I have different levels, and most I just function through because it's my life. I've had to stop a lot of my migraine meds while trying to conceive so my migraines have been worse the past few years. I get massages, dry needling, Botox, and lots of other things to try to control them.

Allergies and asthma - have had it all my life and taken meds for it since I was 7.

PCOS - My fertility doctor won't admit it, but every gyno I see says I have it. (Plus all the other things with it, trouble losing and keeping weight off, insulin resistance, etc) But this isn't the reason we need to do IVF.

Anxiety - Honestly, it's developed because of the infertility and my body has just become so accustomed to hearing bad news.

I also have arthritis in my left knee that is genetic and plantar fasciitis in both feet. But this isn't something I think about regularly, as I have learned how to keep those things from being horrible.

Me neither, thinking about it i don't have any. Maybe mental? Idk for sure, i do have a lot of energy tho, is that a condition?

Some people just have high energy which is fine if you're able to get more done in the day compared to most
