Theres many cheaper areas of Toronto where a 1 BR will not hit that much But the difference is in Canada pretty much everywhere is expensive whereas in the US if u exclude the hottest markets most places arent too bad Last time i saw the National average prices Canadian homes were selling for nearly 50% more even accounting for currency Im in a suburb for example which is suppostu be cheaper and average home prices in my city are still over $1M Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
