10 years later and the Born This Way album booklet is still full of typos

I got my Born This Way 10th Anniversary album in the mail today and started going through the booklet. Yes, I have way too much time on my hands, I'm petty, and I desperately need a life. Now that that's out of the way – please commiserate with me lol.

Genuine question: how does this happen? Do the teams at Interscope/UMG not edit the work? Is it Gaga's team? I know it doesn't really matter, but it's just so incredibly sloppy that there isn't even a basic level of quality control in place to catch and correct these errors, especially for someone on Gaga's level.
