Her face looks STUNNING.

This was a lot better than the final performance, she still wasn't feeling it much but the hair and the energy in parts made it better.

I well never get over how disgusting people treated her after her performance about her weight and performance in general.

They had her so high on medication. It's absolutely amazing she got through this performance. Then Criss Angel canceled probably because of her dad. It was only months after this that the conservatorship began.

I just really believe Jamie did everything he could to get control.

I’ll never forget this. I was always interested in her music but as soon as media started tearing her apart I remember thinking “The f*ck? What is their problem?”

Soon after I became a stan for life.

I remember first time i saw this performance, bcs im not fromt he US had to wake up the next day and then watch it on a britney fan website, and I was sad but it didn't shock me, I remember following everything she was doing and seeing the drama in her life, paparazzis chasing her, her crying with her dog and paparazzis not even letting her have this intimate moment, and it pissed me off that her team let her perform in this state where she was struggling a lot mentally and needed rest, not to be working. I didnt even think she was fat or anything, I thought she was not doing great, until i saw every media outlet considered her fat :rip: such a bad era

Looking back on this moment I cannot believe every newspaper and magazine had articles about how fat she was, and how the whole world was laughing and making jokes about her after this. And we knew that she was struggling with her mental health ever since her breakdown... which the whole world also laughed at. Absolutely disgusting and sick that that even happened. I'm so glad that the world has grown a lot since then. I just can't believe how evil people were back then

I'll be myself until they fūcking close the coffin.

While we have improved a lot, there still are a lot of mean people out there. Look at the reaction to Selena Gomez's 2019 AMA performance even when there was PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE of her mental health struggles. At least the audience was more supportive that time around.

To me it's different, Selena didn't sing well, she never sings well, well at least majority of people think so, I respect if she has fans or people like her personnality but she was never seen as a talented person, so it's a bit more different than with Britney. Should we stop criticizing "artists" if they have mental health issues? Big question. I think it has to be done in a tactful way without being so nasty and hurtful

Yes, but I think her in ears had issues. (Don't quote me, I'm not sure.) However, during her Revival tour she had good vocals. I agree with you though that while we should be allowed to critique artists, we need to be way less hurtful.
