Top physical form? What does that mean. He does look good? Yes. Is he healthy? No one knows. You can be muscular and skinny amd be unhelathy af. I don't wish I could look like that, i have never wanted to. That body does not look appealing to me, I don't like how it looks 🤷

You have a history of coming into these threads or any threads where people are praising someone's appearance and letting everyone know how you think they are unattractive. Can this stop? What makes you think it's okay to say what types of bodies aren't appealing?

Im so jealous of him. Ive been working out for 2 months and no really noticeable change n everyone says it takes time but i want it now :messga:

You can start taking creatine monohydrate (5g per day) to get an easy additional ~1.5kg of water weight in your muscles :spin: will also lead to a slight improvement in your strength/muscular stamina. It's like fast-tracking two months of gym progress.

 

 

This is my goal for next summer :giveup: my abs are slowly starting to show up while my chest and arms are slowly growing too. But I just came back from a 2-week vacation and with uni starting it takes much more discipline to keep going to the gym every day and eating well :giveup:

So I can't say I don't like certain types of bodies, but they can shove it in here all the time and the same type of bodies, right? What if we praised standard bodies? That would not take us anywhere of course...

And we are even told we WISH we would look like that? I would NEVER lmao

And also, I never said that any type of body isn't appealing, I always say I (me, myself) don't like them. I might have a history of complaining about these threads, because it's things like these that usually make people feel bad because they don't look a certain way everybody likes. 

If they are allowed to say they like those bodies and even say we should wish we looked like that, and I'm not allowed to say I don't like them, maybe it's time to leave this forum once and for all

Instead of trying to bring down the type of bodies you don't like maybe it would do more good to make threads that celebrate standard bodies

But isnt that just water weight? And would eventually go down quickly? Im new to gym and strength training so i dont know ****
