It managed to completely capture the vibe of Replay and elevate it. When the guitar came I literally came! I died 3 times in the span of the song. 2. Free Woman - This was the first track that made me want to dance (I played the album in order). Rina's part is so beautiful and when switched lines OMG! The outro too is fckin liberating, it was like breaking free. This was a dream come true for Rina and I can feel it through the track. This could easily replace the album version. 3. Sine From Above - My mouth was literally open the whole time. It feels like I've been g*ngb*nged by the sine my god! Lockhart's and Lil Texas parts were the strongest to me respectfully, MoodKiller's part was a fckin journey, it was a mess, but I strangely love it. 4. Plastic Doll - This was fantastic! The chorus is sounds the same as the original but at the same time 1000x better. Plastic Dull no longer hunny! LIVING 5. Sour Candy - This sounds like an extension of Sour Candy and I love it! The low voice and the rap OMG! Kinda bummed they removed the Korean parts though. 6. Fun Tonight - Very different vibe from the album version but I love it! It still feels sad and nostalgic like the album version. 7. Babylon (Bree Runway) - The safest track in this tier. I wish it tried a different approach to the song but still it was great! The rap part was so good! 8. Enigma - A good club mix. Loved the album version so didn't really expect or want anything to top it. MIGHT GROW ON ME 9. 911 - Very different from the album version. Charli's verse is godly! And the production is one of the best among all the tracks. 10. Babylon (HL) - I loved the album version so this sounded pretty empty to me. Loved it when it was leaked but with the harmonies gone it sounded like a looped track with no climaxes or anything. Still a good runway song though. 11. Rain On Me - I'm not living for it. It didn't make me dance as much as the album version did. KILL ME NOW... 12. Alice - Completely failed the assignmnent. It failed to capture Alice's ability to make you dance. 13. Stupid Love - This was a mess. There are some funny parts though where Gaga voice is so off-tune. "Look at me nOooOow." 14. 1000 Doves - I knew from the moment I listened to the leak that I would not like this track. I wouldn't exactly reach for this track when I want to listen to Chromatica. Free Woman Not even up to debate. The outro is godly and this def replaced the album version for me. I already knew Rina was gonna eat this up from the moment I heard she’s on the remix 2. Replay The only reason this isn’t #1 is because Free Woman’s outro was so orgasmic. Other than that it managed to grasp the dark essence of the song and turned it into a TWISTED AF underground freak show. “Torture me on replay”??? Obsessed. I already loved Dorian and they INHALED the assignment. 3. Sine From Above This song is the manifestation of a demon twink in the form of music. Total chaos and obliteration of sound. Giving me life and death at the same time. If you went into a blackhole, this would be the thing that you hear. I won’t get over it. People comparing this to Bl*ssed Madonna can go back to playing legos in their local kindergarten. 4. Stupid Love “Make it stupid”. And they did. Insanely unexpected, a total reimagining of the song and overall a certified bop. 5. Plastic Doll The song actually found it’s needed soul with the production. It makes sense now, it doesn’t feel like an original LG5 reject anymore. A beautiful pop moment. Honorable Mention: Babylon (Haus Labs) The distorted piano and the beat is giving me life. NYFW vibes. Loving it. Yes it sounds like a demo but it’s meant for the fans so I enjoy it. Definitely will bop to it. Honorable Mention 2: 911 A whole different song from the original. A cute bop.
