Basically this. The main beat is the same but it has a guitar sample, different harmonies and the lead vocals are from a different take that fits the instrumental better.

What we got is basically the stripped down instrumental without the funky guitar and the vocals are from the final version of Babylon and they don’t fit the Haus Labs instrumental. It sounds rushed, awkward and empty.

... do you guys realize what you're bitching about? Not only is it just a remix album, so many of you should chill big time, but the Babylon we got is literally what was advertised. Like BloodPop mentioned, the song had thousands of iterations. We didn't ask for Babylon Demo #23 version, we asked for the Haus Labs Version... And guess what we had? THE HAUS LABS VERSION.

I'm so ashamed that this fanbase would be giving BloodPop a hard time because if this. Y'all are insane.

When the guitar was lost the keys that make up a large part of the sound of the Haus Labs one were put in. I know that. I just think he should’ve clarified to fans that the Haus Labs version is different from the V Magazine version and that THAT is what he was releasing instead of confirming to the fans that what he was releasing was the same thing as the V Magazine version.

I’m not even disappointed, I don’t care for Babylon HL. I just think this mess could’ve been avoided .

I doubt he even knows what “V Magazine version” is. Heck, I didn’t even know about it until days ago. I only knew of the leaked one with the guitar.

V Magazine version might be “May 2019” version for him for all we know.
