Britney Spears cleared of “very minor” misdemeanor allegation

Britney Spears will not be charged with any crimes related to an incident that occurred at her residence involving her housekeeper, the Ventura County District Attorney announced Wednesday.

The singer had been named a suspect in a battery investigation after allegedly striking a housekeeper during a dispute while in her home in Thousand Oaks on Aug. 16.

Misdemeanor Unit Supervisor Blake Heller reviewed the case submitted by the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office, and declined to file charges due to insufficient evidence that a crime had occurred.

After I read about it I immediately thought Jamie paid the housekeeper to go to the police with this bogus allegation in an attempt to paint Britney in such a way that would allow him to keep her in his prison. He’s the one who needs to be locked up!

They found no evidence of physical violence on the housekeeper (no bruises or wounds) and the housekeeper's phone wasn't damaged as it would be if it was smashed out of her hands as the said housekeeper claimed Britney did.

If this doesn't prove the housekeeper was just trying to make Britney look bad then I don't know what will.

Just another attempt for Jamie to use this in court to show why she needs the cship. This man is sick and will do ANYTHING to keep his milion dollar cash cow he made his own daughter to be.
