I’m super excited for April 2022. As of that date it’ll be anytime I get a call to get MY OWN FIRST apartment! :party:

Moral of the story: but in the end it’s been a ridiculous long wait for it. But it’s worth it because my rent will only be approximately $120.00CAD/month.

Yes. I live in the suburbs... in the older cheaper part of the city in a house that is a semi... not huge... its still over $850,000 in value

 

Most houses in my city are near $1M or more

 

My grandparents 110 year old house in Toronto sold for $1.65M :air:
