Basically on his end he's trying, put it together, it's ready to go... the label has put a block on it and is holding onto it for now for some unknown reason. Remember guys, releasing music comes with a tonne of legal red tape. The labels hold all the power. Also the artists playing the songs in clubs are doing it without permission that's how they're being teased they obviously have access to the songs because... they made them... and were probably also under the idea that the album was coming this week, so teasing it wouldn't matter.
