And if you stick to you prep regime. The likelihood is extremely slim. 99.5% effective.

You always should anyways, not just for HIV but also for the loads (lol:poot:) of other STI's you can get

yup, it only has a 99% protection rate if I'm not mistaken ( though the number is said to be lower a bit since there are some resistant strains on the rise), and if you catch HIV it is advised not the continue with the normal prep treatment, because there is a chance your HIV strain can become prep resistant.

Not to mention other horrible std's like Hepatitis A/B/C (for the first two there are vaccines, and if im not mistaken there is a treatment to cure C as well).

HPV, another virus (which causes genital warts and certain cancers with women) can also be prevented by taking the HPV vaccine.

Still be careful, diseases like Gonorrhea (or however you spell it) are evolving to become resistant to antibiotics...
