Considering that Ryan literally risked his life saving her dogs, I can't imagine that she would intentionally abandon him, especially when, as Gaga herself knows first-hand, there's more to healing than just the physical (so I can't believe she would cover his medical bills for his physical injuries but then turn her eye to his need for psychological healing which also is important). At the same time, to those people thinking he's being reckless and needs to "get a job," I don't think most of us can understand the trauma he has endured, and people's paths to healing are different. Ideally, this is something that wouldn't play out publicly over social media. Yes, it does make Gaga look bad with the media picking up on this, especially with commenters on his Instagram posts saying "Why doesn't that very rich person connected to all this help you?" I'm sure that to some people, Ryan looks greedy and/or irresponsible. The bottom line, however, is that we don't know what's happened behind the scenes. Now that this story is gaining attention, I'd be very surprised if Gaga doesn't reach out to further support him, and if she doesn't, perhaps there's a very good reason (and we may never know that reason). I think he hasn't asked her, or doesn't want to. She already paid his hospital bills. Edit: Ok now it's been posted on Page Six and other media, which is not cool. And it seems like he's taking it too far right now. I'd organize my life beforehand, work and then get a van, instead of asking strangers for money for traveling purposes. If he honestly didn’t anticipate this being a PR nightmare for her then he is as idiotic as he is poor at financial planning. Surviving and dealing with trauma doesn’t give you the right to be an asshole or an sh!tty friend. Ever. It’s not her fault what happened to him and she may not have taken the bullet was a victim nonetheless in the same situation.
