I wasn't being critical of them finding it "weird", I was being critical of the negative connotation I felt they were attaching to it "being too weird". Me having a different opinion than someone else isn't "gatekeeping".

My comment about someone being shallow was flippant because they were basically saying "Thank god I don't listen to Björk because she does weird **** that I probably wouldn't like" which, to me, feels like judging an artist without giving them a chance. First, the person who said that never attached the weirdness of the SFA outro with negativity, in fact, they said they like it.

Second, you just misquoted them, they never said "Thank god I don't listen to Björk because she does weird **** that I probably wouldn't like"
they just said "Thank god I don't listen to Björk" the rest is just you assuming things, they never said the weirdness was the cause of it. it just means that they try listening something and just don't like her music.

They said that after, not initially. Once that was cleared up, I acknowledged it (which, of course, begs the question of why you're rehashing it). And I wasn't "misquoting", I told you how I read it when it was said. You're assuming that they have listened to her music because nowhere did they say they did and I honestly have no idea why you're making this such a collossal issue lmao. It's a casual comment on a fan forum, fam. It's not that deep.
