Is so iconic, that saying it was a mistake and at the same time a right thing, then the answers would all be correct. We should agree that the dress was a genius way to draw all the attention from the world and to write your name on the pop culture history and that without it, Gaga wouldnt be so famous and respected nowadays. Well beyond fans, she got the GP talking, the GP found her interesting, the GP wanted to hear what she had to say and the GP was anticipating her next move regardless of what it was.
