The 24-year-old told TODAY that she was "leaving the door open" for a return. 'I think I have to relish and take this Olympics in, and kind of recognize what I've done with my career because after 2016, I didn't get to do that. I really don't understand why anyone would have anything but positivity for a US medal winner who took some time off to mourn her aunt. I feel like nobody cares about the olympics in general.
