I have a feeling Frances might win again. However, just being nominated again will be huge for Gaga. It'll definitely further prove that ASIB wasn't just a "fluke" as some people say.

Hmm yeah I really like Frances but.... Enough!

I am on Goldderby myself and all I can say is there are A LOT of little monsters there lol.:bear:

No need to believe in any early hype from Goldderby. They always overexpose the frontrunner contender and then mess up its/his/her winning chance.:saladga:

I don't think she's winning again, her movie got rejected by Venice film festival recently and streets are saying the movie's not very good, despite it being directed by joel coen :fatcat:

This film wont have a share of the same campaign her oscar winning roles had. Besides it might not even have good reviews.

Even if frances deliver another win worthy performance it wont happen this time. But beware of JHud

Well, now with Ana out of the race and The Tragedy of Macbeth not being received well, it'll be an interesting race for sure!

Red wine, cheap perfume and a filthy pout.

I don’t think it means much when no one has seen a single second of footage from the movie yet

when all movies premiere and critics start giving out awards, that's when it starts getting interesting!!

Why is Ana not in the race?

Blonde's been delayed until 2022.

Someone reliable on a film forum said it received pretty bad feedbacks from the european programmers, that's all we know so far

Wow between Spencer, Blonde, Respect, and Gucci, that 4 women playing actual people!

Personally I think Jennifer Hudson has a really good chance of winning, I thought the trailer looked amazing..

I dont think it will be universally bad but def divisive. Its not opening NYFF for nothing. It was a tricky film from the start.

Highly, highly unlikely, just from a political standpoint. Even if she ends up delivering and wiping the floor with every other leading actress, I have a hard time seeing the voters going for her again, this soon.
