Has Levitating lost the chance to win a Grammy?

There are many predictions, even Billboard predicted that Dua Lipa's Levitating remix with Dababy will get nominations for song and record of the year at the Grammy Awards 2022. 

Has is lost the chance to get any nomination and win? 

if I'm not wrong she only officially released remix with Dababy during the eligibility period (Sept. 1, 2020—Sept. 30, 2021). there is still some time to release new remix but I think she/her label is obligated to submit Dababy version. If her label submit this remix then I think she has no chance to win anything and people will mad at Dua

Out of principle, I don’t think she should submit it. That’s if she is genuine in her response to his comments.

It's not, sadly.

I would like them to submit the Club Nostalgia mix with Madonna and Missy, but it's not eligible. Maybe they can release a mix with the original production, hopefully.

Idk I’d love to believe her team would not submit it but I can’t see it happening, it’s too good of an opportunity to lose if they can’t submit the solo version. Also, sadly, I don’t think the GP cares as much about the DaBaby’s comments as we’d like to think
