Kelly Clarkson has been ordered to pay ex-husband, Brandon Blackstock $200,000 per month in spousal and child support.

Kelly is required to pay Brandon $150,000 per month in spousal support. Kelly will also pay child support to (Brandon) for the benefit of the minor children, River Rose Blackstock and Remington Alexander Blackstock in the amount of $45,601 per month.

It's a set percentage of her annual/monthly income, like it is for anyone else who has to pay child support.
