She could've released R9 and 10 by now. :bradley: Now that I remember, R9 was supposed to be a reggae album and R10 a more dancey one and both coming out during one year so I don't know if she still has those plans, it'd make up for the huge gap between albums.

I think she genuinely planned to release it in 2019, but something went wrong/changed her mind and she decided to play the card of “I don't know when yet, but it's miserably long haha”

They probably pushed it back a couple of months to 2020 and then the pandemic hit and she didn't release it.
