  • COOOK changed the title to Favorite Britney album and why?

In the Zone is Britney's most experimental album. Love the asian sounds, different instruments, sexy vocals. It's miles ahead of any other album by her.

Femme Fatale >
Favorite songs: Hold It Against Me, Inside Out, I Wanna Go, Seal It With a Kiss, Trouble For Me, Trip To Your Heart, Gasoline, Criminal, He About To Lose Me

Circus >
Favorite songs: Circus, Kill the Lights, Shattered Glass, If U Seek Amy, Rock Me In, Phonography

Blackout  >
Favorite songs: Gimme More, Piece of Me, Get Naked, Ooh Ooh Baby, Perfect Lover

Glory
Favorite songs: Invitation, Do You Wanna Come Over, Make Me, Private Show, Man On the Moon, Just Luv Me, Clumsy, Slumber Party, What You Need

Unfortunately, the other half of Glory are legit skips. So despite having the most songs I like, since the ratio is so off balance, its the lowest out of her latest albums.

For Femme Fatale, Circus, and Blackout, there aren't really any skips except maybe Sabi's verse in Drop Dead Beautiful, so they rank higher since the songs not listed I still listen to.

I don't really listen to her albums regularly enough before Blackout, except for the hits / singles and a few of the deeper cuts.

Pop Music

for me it's Femme Fatale as I love the dance pop roots to that record and the time period it was made. For me the entire album is skipless but Inside Out, I Wanna Go, Trip To Your Heart, Gasoline, Criminal and He About To Loose Me are my favorites

Femme Fatale is my favorite overall and the album I listen to most regularly. It's SO good, the whole way through, no skips and very cohesive imo. Just great energy and music!

Britney is the runner up for me.

And shout out to Glory, it's a great album and doesn't get enough credit imo!

She/her 💗💜💙

My all-time-fav is In The Zone. :firega: It’s so excellent with this electronica ambient sound probably one of my favorite albums ever.

Blackout comes right after ITZ for me she literally invented hyperpop with anthems like Piece Of Me or Get Back.

As an album, In The Zone. It's a really good experience from start to finish and I love the production even though Toxic and Me Against The Music are not really my favorite singles but Breathe On Me, Early Mornin' and Touch of My Hand are some of the standout tracks in there.

If this were just about the singles I'd vote for Baby One More Time and Oops I Did It Again because that was my Britney fandom at it's peak and they have a special place in my heart (Especially Crazy and Lucky) but some of the album tracks are very weak. Like they knew they had the hits and just put a bunch of filler tracks to finish an album but they still have a couple of good songs here and there.

Blackout is good and fun but incredibly overrated, Glory is another one of my favorites because the sound fits her style and more mature age but there are some annoying songs in there. Femme Fatale ran it's time back then and I like it but can't help to feel like it's super generic pop album, especially now that we know everything she was going through around that time.

"Femme Fatale", mostly because it's very nostalgic for me

in 2011 i started listening to recent albums like "Femme Fatale", "Teenage Dream" and (obviously) "Born This Way", and i fell in love with pop culture,  so B7 will always have a special place in my heart, it's like re-living my switch from puberty to adolescence :kara:

also need to mention "In The Zone" and "Blackout", iconic masterpieces :firega:

Circus. Because it has the only Britney song I've ever owned: Unusual You. One of my favorite pop songs ever.
