NBA star James Harden and his friend Lil Baby appeared to run into some trouble with law in France on Thursday.

James Harden was spotted being stopped by a group of police officers in Paris.  His friend Lil Baby, 26, was seen being put into the back of a police van and handcuffed.

Lil Baby was reportedly arrested with 2 other people after police stopped them while claiming they could smell marijuana.

According to TMZ, 20 grams of the substance, which is still illegal in France, were discovered.

I can’t help but think that Lil Baby was put in the title because the op confused him with Da Baby. :selena:

James Harden is the real celebrity in the story. :ladyhaha:

The way "legalising weed" is seen as "progressive" in this thread when it's just another capitalist grab :rip:

They shouldve known before bringing this to a country, u need to check if it's legal first. Very disrespectful and a waste of police's time

France is especially anti-weed amongst Western countries, it's bizarre

It’s not about “CapiTaLISm”. It’s about decriminalization. There are currently people serving LIFE sentences for weed and this is ridiculous.
