Do you really need Independence Day explained to you? Not everyone was free, and people KNOW this, and ignore it.

Second of all there's nothing to celebrate about the 4th of July because it literally is a colonial "holiday" so they're not wrong about that part but to say that and then celebrate it... :selena:
