"I'm not nothing without a steady hand" What exactly does she refer to? Is this some kind of saying? Like does "having a steady hand" mean to be in absolute control over your life or having your **** together? Like a metapher for being calm and literally having a steady hand. And by saying "Im not nothing without a steady hand" she refers to saying that even if sometimes she is not 100% calm and in control over everything in her life, she still has worth. Do you know what I mean? Does that make any sense? It does in my head though, even if I have trouble putting it into words. When she adds the "not", it means "I am something without a steady hand", meaning she is something without that other "stronger" person/man.
