alsemanche 93,966
Florence + The Machine's fourth studio album, High As Hope, was released 3 years ago today! The album is characterized by its stripped down production compared to its predecessors and deals with themes of family, heartaches, and drugs, among others. It is the first Florence + The Machine album that does not have Isabella Summers on it (please bring her back ) Singles: What are you thoughts on this album? Your favorite tracks? HuffsAhoy 7,433
Her best work after HBHBHB I remember being just three tracks in and already crying. For me, it's hard to pick a favorite but South London Forever, Sky Full of Song, and The End of Love are all highlights. Really and truly, every track is a masterpiece. I remember being slightly upset it was so short compared to their previous albums, but the shortness packs such a punch. And, can we talk about how No Choir is such a godly way to end an album You remind me that it's such a wonderful thing to love.
