As much as i wuld have loved oscar for TIHTY but im still relived she got for shallow. We will still brag about it if she get one tho Oscars are just as a biased corporation as any of those. They all symbolize an achievement and spotlight for the winners work. But literally any award body is a flawed rigged institution that ultimately means nothing so trying to find one better than the other is disingenuous (same with Charts). You could probably argue that Linda Perry was responsible for the music and lyrics assuming she wrote the majority of the lyrics and the core of the composition. I assume Gaga's songwriting credit is more of a legal thing since she probably tweaked the arrangement and whatnot.
