Can something be done about the guy who plagiarized tinnitus?

I'm still not over the fact that someone basically claimed an unreleased madeon track as their own and is potentially profiting from it  This "artist" registered it as their own song a few months after the original soundcloud leak which claims that it's tinnitus and it's unreleased because gaga never recorded its vocals (which is now removed & the user is banned for copyright. they uploaded multiple legit gaga stems/writing sessions/demos/etc). Is there a way we can reach out to mr bobby or something? this is a literal justice for ARTPOP

This thread summarizes it pretty well

TL;DR: Sample stems from MJH and Venus (all 3 produced by madeon) and the instrumental leaked BEFORE the stems leaked. It also samples an unreleased madeon track, leaked by a reputable insider, and got mass-removed everywhere by UMG for copyright. There is literally no way this is fanmade.
