She is an artist not an actress. Comparing her usage of 'Lady Gaga' to a role is grasping for straws....its like saying Nicki Minaj is an actress or Adele. Everyone in the entertainment industry acts a bit but not the lead role in a major film. We've also never really seen Gaga act in a film, though. Acting in music videos has a very different feel than acting for a movie. The closest thing we have is that short snippet of her acting in the Sopranos back when she was a teenager! But until I get more evidence, I'm not going to judge Gaga as an actress. We don't have enough proof either way since, well, we've never seen her in a movie. A lot will depend on the way she is being directed. I played a rape victim and I was fantastic...Then I played a d--g addict and didn't do so well. The role of Louise would be perfect for Gaga in my opinion, I think she could do very well with it. Based off of her two music videos where she is "kind of" acting, I would be a bit nervous. The MTN monologue in the hospital is just :pukey: It's so fake ... You know what... I forgot about that because subconsciously, I think Joe is a real person, she nailed it that hard... I was pretty blown away by Gaga that night. She plays that character on a daily basis, and does a damn good job of it. Plus she's actually been trained by one of the best schools out there so I would love too see her actually apply those skills to an actual role.
