I didn't expect so many votes for Chromatica, since I feel like everyone's hating on Bloodpop :what:

ARTGOD

ARTPOP cause it’s purposeful, punchy and unique.

The Fame often features really rudimentary production that relies way too much on the same few tricks.

The Fame Monster’s production has aged like wine, so it’s definitely a contender.

I like the grit in BTW but it relies too much on having millions of synth layers and it often sounds amateur.

Joanne is way too clean for a folk/rock/country inspired album.

Chromatica is technically sound but it’s the embodiment of this gif

BORN THIS WAY off course, but my only problem with the album is snare drum mixings, mixed too quiet, examples MTN and EOG

My biggest enemy is me.

I didn't expect Chromatica to get more than 1% :air:

But yeah, the answer is Born This Way

I kinda agree with TEOG but not MTN though, I think it's perfect

So which album is most polished to an inch of its life?  Or which album has most interesting and innovative production techniques?

That was my question, too lmao I decided it to be most interesting in which case it’s BTW, for sure. It’s messy and rough but it’s also far and away got her most interesting productions

Tbh honest none of her album is bad produced, she always had great producers on her side on any project.

I'd say TFM and BTW are the ones with some the most brilliant and genius instrumentals + arrangements.

Chromatica is probably the one who will stand the test of time in terms of production, it's clean and polished.
